Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  Cancellations 24 hours or less, No Shows on the day will be charged Full price as at such short notice I can NOT fill your slot, Your groom cost will NOT be refunded and is used to cover my costs for the missed groom, this is to protect my business.

The next groom appointment must be paid for in full before going forward. If you cancel on the day more than once any futures grooms will be cancelled and you will be removed from my client list.

If you arrive late, your pet’s appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

 48 hours or more cancellation notice : NO CHARGE

LESS than 24 hours cancellation notice : FULL GROOM CHARGE

On the day cancellation : FULL GROOM CHARGE

NO SHOWS: FULL GROOM CHARGE
