Professional Teeth Cleaning for Your Dog
Teeth cleaning for your dog can be completed in a single session or added as part of their regular grooming routine once the process has been introduced. The first session typically lasts around one hour, during which we assess your dog’s teeth and evaluate how well they tolerate the cleaning procedure. This initial session is crucial to ensure your dog feels comfortable and to identify any specific dental care needs. Regular cleaning not only promotes better oral hygiene but also helps maintain your pet's overall health and well-being.
Understanding When Teeth Cleaning Isn't Possible for Your Pet
In some cases, teeth cleaning cannot be performed due to underlying dental issues such as signs of decay or wobbly teeth. These conditions may indicate more serious concerns that need to be addressed before routine cleaning can be carried out. If your pet is showing these symptoms, we strongly advise seeking veterinary advice as soon as possible. A professional evaluation can help determine the best course of treatment to ensure your pet's oral health and overall well-being.
