If a dog is found to have an ongoing flea problem, I reserve the right to refuse any grooming services. This policy helps protect other animals in my care as well as maintains a clean and hygienic environment. I strongly encourage pet owners to address any flea issues with appropriate treatments before booking a grooming appointment.  IF YOUR DOG HAS FLEAS, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY PHONE AND INFORMED., PHOTOS AND VIDEOS WILL BE TAKEN AS PROOF YOUR DOG HAS FLEAS.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE ON TOP OF YOUR GROOM DUE TO LOSS OF EARNINGS AS ANY OTHER BOOKINGS THAT DAY WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED TO PREVENT OTHERS CATCHING THE FLEAS AND ALSO TO DECONTAMINATE THE SALON.
